Papa Joe Farm
Papa Joe Farm is located in the town of Jamul, a community nested in the rural southeast section of San Diego County. The Farm Team is committed to providing quality produce for customers. This is accomplished through employing hard work, following organic practices and using innovative farming management systems. Papa Joe Farm grows produce the old fashioned way with no industrial pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers and only uses all natural fertilizers such as kelp, compost, worm castings and fish emulsion. The one plus acre farm produces herbs, flowers, fruits and vegetables. The farm is owned and managed by a Marine Corps Disabled Veteran. Papa Joe Farm is a member of the Farm Veteran Coalition, and was recently presented with the HOMEGROWN BY HEROES designation. In addition, the farm is a Certified Producer by the County of San Diego. The Farm Team has over 20 years of expertise in growing produce that originated by residing in Portugal, Japan and Korea.
